As part of our commitment to technical excellence, Guttermaster provided detailed rainwater drainage calculations to determine the most efficient combination of gutters and downpipes. This process considered historical rainfall data and safety factors to ensure the system would perform reliably under all conditions—while also supporting an economical layout of rainwater outlets and pipework.

Guttermaster’s Serpentine Guttering was selected to deliver a robust and visually clean roof edge. This modern boltless extruded aluminium system combines aesthetics with performance, having undergone both static and dynamic testing:

Dynamic impact test: Absorbed a 150kg impact with no structural damage.
Free flow capacity: The SG/135 profile delivers an impressive 1.34 litres per second.

Flush Joint Rainwater Pipe – Minimalist Design, Maximum Efficiency
To complement the guttering, Guttermaster supplied 3” Round Flush Joint Rainwater Pipes—offering a discreet, contemporary drainage solution. Each pipe includes fully welded spigots and concealed joints, providing clean vertical lines that blend effortlessly with the building envelope.
