– Battersea Reach – London
With the scaffolding now gone and the site hoardings removed, Blocks H & J of Berkley Homes’ Battersea Reach development are now revealed in all their stunning glory.
Providing one, two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses, this is an award-winning development with a dramatic series of waterfront buildings that cascade towards the river’s edge providing views across the river to Chelsea Harbour.
As well as offering the pinnacle in riverside luxury, Battersea Reach features a cross section of product and innovation from Guttermaster.
“Quite literally from top to bottom, Guttermaster’s design team has been fully involved, we developed a range of Brise Soleil in keeping with the styling of the penthouse apartments and dealt effectively and securely with roof drainage requirements with our Flush-Fix high security rainwater pipe system”.
The SnapLok Hurricane Proof wall capping will never lose touch with its intended purpose. A key feature with the development is the facetted roof detail crafted from aluminium and fixed using the SnapLok attachment process.
“There seems to be no doubt that practical weather proof answers to securing the building envelope, from the roof to the ground floor will require effective and aesthetic solutions for many years to come and I’m delighted that the design and manufacturing capabilities of Guttermaster can be brought to bear in this exciting and challenging arena”.
