MOULDED 46 – A TRADITIONAL CLASSIC
CAST Moulded 46 Guttering
The high capacity cast moulded profile is cast from 3.0mm thick cast aluminium, producing an extremely strong, rigid gutter which far exceeds all the relevant British Standards. The hydraulic performance of the moulded profile is advanced with a cast joint, allowing maximum unbroken flow. The cast process allows the use of the high strength 6063 T6 and permits gutters to be produced with the finest straightness tolerences available.
Different sizes are available:
The Guttermaster aluminium range is available Polyester powder coated to outside surfaces in strict accordance with BS6496. Colours available are standard ‘RAL’, ‘BS4800’ or ‘Syntha Pulvin’ reference.
We also offer a wide range of alternative finishes including heritage textured finish, metallic, anodised coating, aswell as made to order special colours and finishes.
- High flow capacity.
- Allows a reduction in the number of rainwater pipes.
- All brackets have wind restraint lips to prevent uplift.
- Joints incorporate spacers as part of the manufacturing process. This ensures a 2mm sealant bed is maintained in the joint even if the bolts are over-tightened. This allows the gutter to expand and contract freely without leakage.
- The leg feature on brackets and union joints provides support in the severest of conditions, especially at joint positions.
Guttermaster devised a slim edge perimeter feature aluminium coping with secondary support, providing the roof edge with bold symmetrical lines around the whole building.
Guttermaster was called on to provide our SnapLok Capping. We supplied a fully welded curved solution which far exceeded the expectations of the architect.
